The melanin then absorbs this energy and converts it into heat. As a result, the heat destroys the hair follicle and removes the hair permanently. The more melanin, the more effective the laser will be.
Once the hair follicle has been destroyed, it is almost impossible for future growth to take place. Up to 95% of hair is removed during the treatment, although this can depend on the patient’s age and the area being treated.

NON-ABLATIVE LASER SKIN REJUVENATION
Non-ablative laser skin resurfacing is a technique that incorporates a non-wounding laser to remove layers of skin as well as minor skin blemishes such as dark spots and fine lines. This treatment targets skin imperfections over the course of several treatments with shorter recovery times and have long-lasting results.
What is non-ablative laser skin rejuvenation?
Non-ablative skin rejuvenation uses a laser to improve the appearance of wrinkles, brown spots and minor scars by creating heat in the skin without injuring the surface of the skin.
